GAMMS Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 package of flour tortillas
EVOO – (depends on how many tortillas you are cooking)
Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB – to taste

 

 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Lay out tortillas one at a time. Brush with EVOO. Sprinkle with Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB – to taste. Turn over and repeat process. Cut tortillas with knife or pizza cutter to size desired. Place “chips” on cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 15 mins until brown and crispy. Add toasted sesame seeds for additional flavor. Larger size pieces are excellent with a salad. GAMMSoritos are great to eat as a chip or with dip.

Ingredients:

8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup GAMMS Original
2 cans (12.5 oz each) Chicken chunk, drained
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese

 

 

 

Directions:

HEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
Place cream cheese into deep baking dish, stir until smooth.
Mix in salad dressing, GAMMS Original and cheese. Stir in chicken.
Bake 20 mins or until mixture is heated through, stir.
Garnish as desired.  Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Ingredients:

1 cup Mayo (we use KRAFT Olive Oil)
1-8oz cream cheese
1-2 tsp Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB
2 Tbsp sour cream (optional)
3 Tbsp finely chopped onion (optional)

 

 

 

Directions:

It’s Addicting!!!!

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB sour cream and grated onion.

GAMMS Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

5 cups of Corn Chex® cereal
4 cups of Wheat Chex® cereal
1 cup Triscuit® Mini
½ cup smoked flavored almonds
½ cup natural almonds
1 stick margarine/butter
Parmesan Cheese to taste
2 Tbsp Ranch® dressing
3 Tbsp GAMMS Original
Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB to taste

 

 

 

Directions:

Start to Finish: 15 minutes – 28 servings (½ cup each)

In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, crackers and almonds.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered for 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in dressing and GAMMS Original. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese and Cece’s SeasoningDRY RUB over cereal mixture to taste; toss to evenly coated.
Microwave uncovered on High for 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. (If needed you can place on cookie sheet  and place in oven on a low temperature to dry out until desired dryness/crunchiness). Store in airtight container.
Don’t like these mixes? Try any snacks you like! Cheese-its, pretzels, cheerios, etc. Have fun and Enjoy!!!!

1 cup Triscuit® Mini
½ cup smoked flavored almonds
½ cup natural almonds
1 stick margarine/butter
2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
3 Tbsp GAMMS Original
Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB to taste

 

 

 

Directions:

Ingredients:

12 medium baking apples (Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup GAMMS Original
4 teaspoons butter, softened
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup apple juice

 

 

 

Directions:

Combine brown sugar, oats, GAMMS Original, butter, raisins and chopped pecans in a bowl, set aside. Wash and dry apples. Core apples to remove seeds 1/2 inch from the bottom, making sure not to puncture the bottom of the apples. Tops of apples should be at least 1 inch open. Fill each cavity with the oat mixture. Place apples in a 9×13 Hefty EZ Foil pan. Pour apple juice over the apples, cover with foil to seal the tray. Place on the grill (325 degrees F). Cook until apples are soft but not mushy, about 45 minutes. Spoon juice over the apples and serve with ice cream if desired.

Ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
8 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon GAMMS Original

 

 

 

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, green onions and broccoli. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Crumble the ramen noodles into a bowl, and mix with the almonds and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle the seasoning packets over all. Add to the skillet; cook and stir until noodles and nuts are toasted, about 8 minutes.
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the sugar, vinegar, oil and GAMMS Original. Seal, and shake vigorously to blend.
Just before serving, combine the slaw mixture with the nuts and noodles. Pour the dressing over all, and stir briefly to coat.
This can be made ahead of time, just keep the mixtures separate until serving time. I always put the mixtures in big resealable bags and put in a big bowl right before serving time.

Ingredients:

1/2 pound bacon
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
6 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 large ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (16 ounce) can pineapple chunks – drained with juice reserved
1/4 cup juice from the can of pineapple
1 tablespoon GAMMS Original
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

 

 

 

Directions:

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Pour off all but one tablespoon of bacon fat from the skillet.
Stir in the onion, green and red bell peppers, and celery to the skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and mushrooms and cook 1 more minute. Stir in the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pineapple and crumbled bacon.
Pour in the reserved pineapple juice and the GAMMS Original. Season with the salt and pepper, basil, garlic power and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Do not over cook.
Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables and cook 2 more minutes, or until the cheese melts. Serve zucchini in the skillet topped with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

GAMMS Roasted Potatoes and Apples

Ingredients:

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon GAMMS Original
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound potatoes, scrubbed and cubed with skin
1 pound apples, cored and cut into wedges

 

 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Whisk together the vinegar, GAMMS Original, mustard, brown sugar, paprika, and salt in a large bowl until well mixed. Whisk in the olive oil until smooth, then add potatoes and apples, and toss to coat. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.

Sweet potatoes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes or strips.  Toss lightly in EVOO.  Spread on aluminum foil coated with PAM.  Top with thinly sliced Vidalia or sweet onion.  Sprinkle with Cece’s Seasoning DRY RUB  to taste.  Cover with foil.  Bake in oven at 350º for about 35 minutes or until tender.  Uncover last 15 minutes so potatoes will brown.  Serve warm.
